Off-set printing is one of the most popular printing techniques used. The technique derives its name from the method of using offset ink image that is stamped from plate to a rubber blanket. At Ravi Graphics, we deliver high quality printing in digital as well as multi-colour images with minimum scuming and smudging. With advancement in technology, we have expanded our fleet of printing presses that now boasts of the latest PC and MAC controllers with CTP machine on LCD screen.

Smart science has showered the world of offset printing process with glorious boons. Today, we use 4-color and 5-color machines to get a more defined image quality compared to what was available a decade ago. Woking in close synchronous operation with high breed plate exposure technique, the imprints dry quickly with no visible blot or water retention on the rubber plate. The process effectively handles bulk printing assignments like those of monochrome and multicolour journals. Smart books like coffee table magazines, children's books, textbooks, diaries and calendars can also be printed in offset inking process. Heavy bindings with thin paper setting like those found in Bible and dictionaries can also be printed using this process.

We fuse the Traditional Aspirations with Modern Technology

Using the traditional lithographic technique where the ink is a repulsion solution of water and oil, the offset method employs plain image stamp with rollers over the area to be printed. The non-printing area is flushed with water so that it doesn’t absorb any ink on it and remains blank. Even with the latest web-method, the ink can be transferred in the same way. The modern day offset printing involves the use of larger paper reel which is passed through the printing press with continuous feed of paper.
